Acceptance
By using cyberSavIQ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What we provide
cyberSavIQ is an informational cybersecurity health tool. It generates a CyberSavi Score and AI-driven recommendations from your self-reported assessment answers. It is not a substitute for professional security advice or incident response services. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will prevent any specific security incident.
Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@cybersaviq.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day refund on paid plans for any reason; email billing@cybersaviq.com.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or use the Service to assess anyone without their consent. Don't input email addresses for monitoring that you don't control or have explicit permission to monitor.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
