What we collect
When you take a Beat quiz, we collect your answers and (optionally) your email so we can send you your score. When you create an account for the full Report or Watch tier, we additionally store your name, billing details (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number), assessment history, household configuration, and any email addresses you ask us to monitor for breaches.
How we use it
Your assessment answers are used solely to compute your CyberSavi Score, generate your AI personality type, and produce your recommendations. We do not sell your personal data, ever. We do not share your data with advertisers. We use a privacy-respecting analytics pipeline (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization) to understand aggregate usage patterns.
How we protect it
All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We host on AWS in a SOC 2-aligned configuration. Access to production data is restricted to a small number of engineers and audited via CloudTrail. Stripe handles all payment data — we never store full card numbers.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. For data subject requests under GDPR or CCPA, email privacy@cybersaviq.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
