Common questions about plans and billing
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the customer portal. When switching to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit for any unused time on your monthly plan.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, you'll retain access to your current tier's features until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll be downgraded to the free Beat tier and still have access to your basic score.
Can I upgrade from Report to Watch later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Beat tier is completely free and gives you a quick cyber health snapshot. This lets you experience the platform before committing to Report or Watch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Do you offer team or business pricing?
